This class is specifically aimed at people who want to strengthen muscles, improve balance and increase flexibility. If you currently use a walking stick, pusher, find it hard to get in and out of cars, or are generally not feeling very strong, this class is for you. All exercises are adjusted to your level of ability and most will be done sitting in a chair. It is a slow paced class and you are welcome to rest when you need. The environment is warm and welcoming so don’t put it off any longer, join us.
