These exercise classes combine fun and invigorating aerobic standing exercises followed by balance and core strength training. Designed to be safe for people with stable long-term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and bone or joint problems. You can exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere. Regular participation can help:

  • lower blood pressure and improve cholesterol control
  • manage weight
  • improve well being, quality of life and sleep
  • manage diabetes
  • improve balance and flexibility
  • improve bone mineral density with arthritis management
  • prevent falls and injuries from falls

Mondays 11:00am – 12:00pm

Term 2 2019 Duration:  10 weeks Starts: 29/04/19 Cost: $10 casual*

Wednesdays 10:30am – 11:30am

Term 2 2019 Duration:  10 weeks Starts: 24/04/19 Cost: $10 casual*

*This class is eligible for the HCC Loyalty Card ($90 for 10 classes). Enquire at reception.
